This machine adopts German technology, it divides the complete washing chamber into 11 zones, each zone equips a motor with washing paddles, at the same time, the washing zone rotates around the chamber in a circle, from the flakes come in to get out from the discharging screw conveyer, one circle time is around 20 minutes, and the flakes washed very clean. It's more efficient than the normal one.
Washing the flakes from labels, dirt and other residues by water heated to 85 C. Overflow on top of washing chamber, remove cups and rest of the paper.
